Max 4 bedrooms with total of 12 people (adult and kids) at any given time
A status of “Tentative” means that we are waiting to receive the Rental Agreement & deposit from the potential renter. 7 days is given to finalize the transaction.

Availability
Booking procedure
To book a rental period, please follow these simple steps:
- Read the information on this website. If you have any questions before applying for a booking, please don't hesitate to email us: ldpcottageoffun@gmail.com
- Request a booking via email, specifying the rental period you are interested in.
- Once the rental period is confirmed to be still available, you have
7 days to secure the rental week by performing the following:
- Download and print the rental agreement (Word document) (PDF).
- Carefully read the terms and conditions.
- Fill out the application section and sign it.
- Send it to us via email or mail along with the required payment via Interac e-transfer to ldpcottageoffun@gmail.com
- During this 7-day period, we will set the rental week to “Tentative”
Payment
The required payments are covered in detail in the rental agreement, but the following is a quick example of the required payments:
If you are booking in advance of 15 days, a deposit of 50% of the rental fee ($400) is required at the time of the booking. The remaining 50% balance ($400) is due 15 days prior to your first rental day. (calculation is based on $800)
If you are booking less than 15 days prior to your first rental day, the entire rental fee ($800) is due at the time of booking.
Security deposit of $1000 also due 2 weeks before your first rental day.
Along with the security deposit, a copy of the offical ID is needed.
